(Dubrovnik, 21st November 2014) “Simply the Best” gold plaque for inventiveness and creativity in tourism and contribution to development of tourism offers within the local community on November 19th in Rabac at the 16th Business Travel Market PUT for creative design of the Wine & Dine brand throughout Dalmatia, Istria, central Croatia and Slavonia.
This is the third year in a row that Gulliver Travel is the recipient of the traditional annual award “Simply the Best” conferred by UHPA – Association of Croatian Travel Agencies and leading tourism magazine Way to Croatia thus acknowledging their sustained effort in developing new products, differentiated products and quality. This award is conferred for the creative development of tourism products, design and promotion of all tourism programmes during 2014. The award was received by Ms Sanja Staraj, Head of Istria and Kvarner Excursions, on behalf of Gulliver Travel.

A reminder, in 2012, the Crystal Statue and Award “Simply the Best” for ingenuity and creativity by shaping Konavle’s sustainable and responsible tourism offer was awarded to Association “Agrotourism of Konavle” and to Gulliver Travel for excursion “Through the Vineyards of Konavle by Train". In 2013, Crystal Statue and Award “Simply the Best” for inventivity and creativity in forming tourism offers, development and initiation of new as well as promoting existing tourism concepts was awarded to Gulliver Travel for excursion “Gulliver EAsy Ride – Hidden Riviera”.
